FSI provides professional fire extinguisher refilling and recharging in New Mexico. When an extinguisher is discharged (even slightly) or loses pressure, it must be recharged immediately to ensure it functions during a fire.

Our Recharging Process

• Completely emptying the cylinder of any remaining dry chemical or gas.
• Inspecting the internal cylinder threads and checking for corrosion.
• Replacing critical valve stems, O-rings, and seals.
• Refilling with high-grade extinguishing agent (ABC powder, Class K wet chemical, or CO2).
• Pressurizing the cylinder with nitrogen and leak testing the seal.
